Shipping Policy

Thank you for your order! Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know what to expect.

Pre-Orders Muse In The Frame is currently available for pre-order. All pre-orders will be processed and shipped on July 31, 2026. Once shipped, please allow 6–7 business days for domestic delivery, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. International delivery times may vary.

Post-Launch Orders Orders placed after the pre-order period are printed and fulfilled by us. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing before your order ships. Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays. Orders placed on or around holidays may experience additional delays.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs clearance delays, duties, and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Alejandra Soluna is not responsible for delays caused by customs or carrier issues outside of our control.
