Your satisfaction matters. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Pre-Orders: Pre-order purchases are final and cannot be cancelled once placed.
Returns: We accept returns within 5 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received — unread, in its original packaging, with all included items intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at alejandrasolunabookstore@gmail.com. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Damaged or Incomplete Orders: If your order arrived damaged or with missing items, please contact us at alejandrasolunabookstore@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with photo proof. We will review your case and make it right!
Lost or Missing Packages: Once a package has been handed to the carrier and a tracking number has been provided, Alejandra Soluna is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery failures. If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, or if your package appears lost in transit, please contact us at alejandrasolunabookstore@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
